Free Local Delivery

We offer FREE shipping and local delivery for customers who meet either of the following conditions:

  • Orders delivered within 15 kilometers (approximately 9.3 miles) of our store location.
  • Orders with a subtotal of $19.99 or more (before taxes and discounts).

Flat Rate Shipping

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, a flat shipping fee of $8.00 will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

  • Local Delivery (within 15 km): 1–3 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to locations within our designated service areas. If shipping is unavailable for your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. DISHFRONT is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
